Strained my knee and calves. Been four days already.
Today like finalli go see doctor, cos it realli hurts when i walk.

Kinda relieve to hear that. Tot was muscles tear at first sia! LOL sotong me
Yesterday, despite the pain, still went for my first lesson @ Jitterbug with Yingqi.
The dance instructor was claire and she so look like OLIVIA ONG.

The class was pretty big. about 30? LOL
first lesson not much sweat, or hardly any sweat.
Mostly warm-up, but some i cant catch.
